"Treasures from the Vault" is published quarterly to help readers understand what goes on behind the scenes at the Tennessee State Library and Archives.

Each issue features stories on ongoing projects involving staff members, work staff members are doing outside the office that relates to their jobs, programs the Library & Archives participates in or sponsors and unusual discoveries from our collections.

It’s distributed digitally to people who subscribe to receive email updates about the Library & Archives. A limited number of print copies will be made available in the public areas of the Library & Archives.

Articles featured in the Winter 2016 edition:

The Library & Archives’ education outreach program helps the state’s teachers and students effectively use historical records in the classroom.
